Home Workouts that BURN FAT FAST!

No gym? No problem! As so many gyms and fitness facilities are shut down due to the Coronavirus, more and more people are forced to exercise at home. And while you may feel hopeless without access to your favorite cardio equipment at the gym, you can still get an amazing workout right in your own home and serious fat loss is possible with NO EQUIPMENT at all.

The secret is called HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training. Simply put, it is a period of high intensity exercise followed by a longer period of rest. So for instance, you may perform an exercise for 30 seconds using your maximum effort, then for the next 90 seconds, you perform that movement at a very low intensity, then repeat. Usually, a HIIT workout will consist of 8-10 intervals but the duration is up to you. The KEY is the HIGH INTENSITY portion. This means you must use maximum effort to really experience the full effects of the workout.

Here are some fantastic fat burning HIIT workouts you can perform right from home today:

Sprint Intervals

For these, you will need access to a space that will allow you to sprint for at least 100 yards. Your backyard or a local park is great.

Sprint as fast as you can for 20-30 seconds

Walk at a slow to medium pace for 90 seconds

Repeat 8-10 more times

High Knees/Mountain Climbers/Burpees

Choose any of the above exercise and go ALL OUT for 30 seconds

Then jog lightly or walk for 90 seconds

Now perform the same exercise or choose a different one to mix it up. Again, repeat for a total of 8-10 intervals.

One of the amazing effects of HIIT intervals is that even though the actual workout is short in duration (your entire workout may only last 30 minutes or less) your metabolism is actually speeded up for as much as 24 hours following the workout. To REALLY supercharge your fat loss results, combine these workouts with a nutrient dense, calorie deficient diet and your results will come quickly.
